Ariel and Yael Banff Oct 07 002.jpgThe mind is divided into two parts. The conscious mind is what we use when we are awake. Imagine a mountain.  The part that you see is the conscious mind. We use it in our everyday activities when we are alert and fully awaken.

The unconscious mind is hidden from us. It is where we store our forgotten or blocked memories and thoughts, where our dreams are coming from.

Under Hypnosis, we can access that hidden part of our consciousness and reach the deepest core of everything that we are.

When you come for a Hypnotherapy session, you need to reach a state of DEEP RELAXATION. I use different techniques to help you reach that altered state of mind.
It always starts with” Find a comfortable position, and close your eyes now…”
While you are under a DEEP RELAXATION, your conscious mind is also very relaxed and off guard. This creates an opening for the subconscious mind to become active. You are still in complete control and aware of your surroundings but bypassing the thinking, reasoning and forgetful part of the conscious mind.

As all our hidden memories stored in our subconscious mind, they can float up and be revealed during the time of DEEP RELAXATION.

You will remember everything that would come up during the session, and with that new knowledge  you will be able to change whatever you needed to change in your life, whatever made you confused or unhappy.

Under the guidance of an experienced hypnotherapist, you would go down to the bottom of that mountain and climb back up to the top of it, knowing yourself better, understanding your behavior better and feeling much better.


Hypnotherapy is effective in almost EVERY kind of problem: emotional problems, physical problems, behavioral problems, mental problems.
